Chosson Teacher Course
The first year of marriage has a far-reaching impact on the shared lives of the Jewish couple, building their home on the pillars of Torah and Yirah. The task of creating another Jewish home necessitates the knowledge, awareness and capability of both spouses. In many cases, the problems, differences of opinion and gaps in approach which intensify over the years- originate in inadequate or defective guidance before marriage.
‘Daas Center’, the first and leading Torah-profession training center in Eretz Yisrael and in the Charedi centers across the globe, offers its students a Chosson teacher training course, the highest-level course in the field. At the course’s completion the students will depart into the working world equipped with Daas Center’s prestigious certification diploma, placing the graduates at the esteemed top of their field.
The course will train the students to become professional Chosson teachers, with the confidence that correct instruction is the key to marital satisfaction and a happy and healthy home atmosphere; and has the power to prevent difficulties and problems in the core of the relationship- in advance. Appropriate instruction provides the new couple with a strong foundation with which to build their home, with emphasis on proper communication, development of mutual support ability when coping with life’s challenges and providing skills for leading the home, and transforming, Beezras Hashem, the first year of marriage into a springboard for mutual growth, paving the new home’s way along the path of Avodas Hashem.
The comprehensive training program teaches the Halachic aspect sided by the Hashkafic aspect by psychological and Ruchani training, incorporating in-depth and practical learning that will give the participants the capability to teach Chossonim according to what has been passed down from generation to generation.
